To provide regular, ongoing study of aviation related topics. Meetings are scheduled on the 2nd and 4th Thursday of each month. Each meeting has a specific aviation related topic and is moderated by a volunteer. Q&A’s are submitted by attendees before the meeting & the moderator prepares the material for presentation & open discussion at the scheduled meeting. Aviation related topics include theory, safety, maintenance, practical applications and anything else to promote safety & enhance the knowledge base of the attendees. Attendance is open to all pilots or anyone who would like to participate for any other reason. Guest speakers are welcome. Tours & outings (Riverside Airport Control Tower) can be scheduled. The Aviation Study Group is hosted by the Riverside Pilots Flying Club. There is no cost or fees to participate.
